The Bridge Resource Management (BRM) course equips navigational officers with the skills to manage bridge team resources effectively, reducing human error and improving watchkeeping performance.

  3. Communication protocols between bridge, engine room, and VTS

Delivery & Certification

Three days of bridge simulator exercises and facilitated group discussions. Meets STCW Table A-II/1 and A-II/2 requirements for navigational officers.
