What you'll learn

The Crowd Management course trains passenger ship personnel in the techniques required to direct and control passengers safely during emergencies, as required under STCW Regulation V/2.

What You Will Learn

  1. Human behaviour and crowd psychology in emergencies
  2. Passenger muster, briefing, and embarkation procedures
  3. Communication with passengers of different nationalities and needs
  4. Assisting persons with disabilities and special needs during evacuation
  5. Coordination with the ship's emergency team during drills and real events


Delivery & Certification

Three days of practical and scenario-based instruction. Certification meets STCW Table A-V/2 requirements for all crew members assigned passenger safety duties.
