Maritime Programme — For Deck Cadets and Engine Cadets
- Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science
- International sea placement: 12–18 months
- Certifications: STCW, BOSIET, ISPS, OTF
- Accommodation by host employer
- Monthly stipend during placement
- Career placement support upon completion
Energy Programme — For STEM Graduates & Technicians
- Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in any STEM-related course
- 6-week residential training abroad (candidate-funded)
- Certifications: O' Levels Result and Tertiary certificate
- Accommodation fully provided by host company
- Monthly stipend during retention period
- Career placement support upon completion
