Through this programme, we aim to provide opportunity by offering structured pathways into real-world industry environments.
Maritime Programme
Our Maritime Programme is open to deck cadets and engine cadets with a minimum OND, HND, or B.Sc. in marine engineering or nautical science. Successful candidates will benefit from international sea placement lasting 12 to 18 months, accommodation provided by the host employer, monthly stipend support, relevant industry certifications such as STCW, BOSIET, ISPS, and OTF, and career placement support upon completion.
Energy Programme
Our Energy Programme is designed for STEM graduates and technicians with a minimum OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any STEM-related course. This pathway includes a 6-week residential training abroad, candidate-funded participation, accommodation provided by the host company, monthly stipend during the retention period, required certifications, and career placement support after successful completion.
